RETURN POLICY

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip within 30 days of your purchase, for a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Speedy Refunds

We'll process your refund right away-within 30 days at the absolute most. It will...

* Be in the same form of payment
* Equal the "total unit price" of the items printed on your packing slip
* Exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake)

How It Works

The instructions below are designed to expedite the return or your merchandise. Each of the steps below must be followed in order for Gross Automation to provide you with a satisfactory experience.

Return by mail

1. Product being returned must be accompanied by an RMA number assigned by a customer service     representative. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
2. Place the item(s) securely in the original package.
3. Include all paperwork, parts and accessories
4. Ensure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
5. Please do not send C.O.D.-we can't accept it
